Refunds & Returns
Every KnightWolfe product comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping, handling, and other applicable charges).
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in good condition
- It should be returned in its original packaging (whenever possible)
- All included accessories and documentation must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Memberships
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return

Return Instructions
Once your return is approved:
- Securely pack the item (preferably in original packaging)
- Include a copy of your order details
- Ship the package to:

All return shipping costs must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically issued within 30 days of receiving the returned item
- If applicable, refunds may be issued via check to the original billing address
Shipping Responsibility
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
KnightWolfe is not responsible for:
- Lost or delayed return shipments
- Packages that are unclaimed or undelivered
Please retain your tracking number until your return is confirmed.
